His hand
is on my
Hand
After
hurting my
wrist last
week and
hearing the
report of it
being
fractured, I
was faced by
discouragement
and fear, as
most of my
activities
require of
my left
wrist. When
we prayed
for it in
church the
next day,
while
standing up
on the
stage, I
noticed that
I was able
to rotate my
wrist
without an
excruciating
amount of
pain which
used to be
the case. I
knew then
that God had
in fact done
something
powerful.
When I went
to see the
orthopedist
on Tuesday,
he bent my
wrist in
every way
possible and
applied
great force
to the bone
in hopes of
making it
hurt, and to
his
surprise, it
was
impossible!
Every time
he would ask
me if I felt
pain, I
respond that
I didn't. He
would then
conclude
that " Based
on the
examination,
the wrist is
not
fractured".
He said that
I was free
to drum and
go about my
activities.
As a safety
measure I am
to wear a
splint for
three weeks.
God is truly
amazing, and
faithful in
every way.
He turned a
bad report
into an
opportunity
to show me
his love
through a
demonstration
of power.
Praise God!

A FEELING
NEVER FELT
We met
out of
destiny; it
must have
been fate,
this Man is
remarkable,
I found
heavens
gate.
The moment
was strange;
He had the
look in His
eye
A feeling
never felt,
how lucky
was I?
I felt a
little
nervous, and
a little
unprepared,
He threw me
for a
loop, having
the feeling
He cared.
I now sit
here in
amazement,
that the
feeling
hasn't gone,
In this
Faith I’m
now devoted,
an emotion
true and
strong.
I
wonder if I
could please
Him, support
Him, and
share
The love and
the
feelings,
always
showing I
care.
Could I make
Him happy?
Will He hold
me when sad?
Will He fix
my problems?
Will I ever
make Him
mad?
Can I handle
the answers
that this
Savior will
find?
Will I be
able to keep
Him? Will He
stay by my
side?
These
thoughts I
ponder,
every now
and again,
Will He
always love
me, till I
don't know
when?
He knows how
I feel, I
tell Him
every day
How
important He
is, in more
than one
way.
He is my
companion,
Savior and
friend,
A feeling
never felt,
I'll never
let end.
Tomorrow is
coming, with
new break of
light.
Jesus will
tell the
story, of
each day and
each night.
I have
discovered a
Life; it’s
exciting and
new,
To wake in
the morning
and say,
“God, Thank
you!” These
words I say
here,
forever and
true,
I have
found that
someone,
that someone
is You.
I know who
You are, and
You know who
I am,
You are my
true Savior;
I'll give
all that I
can.
My
dedication,
devotion,
commitment
and truth,
Something I
wished of,
since I was
a youth.
There is the
untold
story, of a
future
unknown,
My heart
grows
fonder, love
never
outgrown.
I long to be
with Him, to
walk in the
sand.
A feeling
never felt,
to just hold
His hand.

March 2008
Hi Pastor!
Ok, so we
had a very
exciting and
amazing
miracle
happen to
our Julia
Rose. Praise
the Lord,
here is the
awesome
testimony...
When Julia
started
getting her
teeth in,
her four
back teeth
developed,
but without
enamel. The
rest of her
teeth came
in perfect,
but two on
her right
side bottom
and two on
her left
side bottom
molars came
in looking
like they
were rotten.
The dentist
said that
was more
normal than
we thought
and that we
did nothing
wrong, they
weren't too
bad at the
time but in
the future
we would
have to get
them filled.
We didn't
have
insurance
and had to
leave them
longer than
wanted,
financially
we just
couldn't do
it. Well,
this Sunday
Julia
developed a
very bad
tooth
infection in
one of her
teeth to the
point that
her gum was
sticking out
as far as a
marble!
Financially
things are
still tight,
and the
dentist
wouldn't see
her because
we couldn't
pay the back
balance we
owed, but my
daughter had
an infection
and was in
terrible
pain! So,
what else to
do but what
a mom can
only do --
cry out to
the LORD! I
prayed a
prayer of
desperation
over her, I
asked the
Lord to stop
and clear
the
infection,
and to block
her tooth
from getting
any more
infected
until Ed and
I could go
to the
dentist with
her.
This morning
Julia came
to me and
said, “Mom,
there is
like a
diamond in
my tooth.”
I brushed it
aside and
said, “Go
brush your
teeth,
Julia.”
Because of
how bad her
tooth is I
thought
maybe food
had gotten
caught in
it. So she
brushed her
teeth and
said, “Mom,
it is still
there.” I
looked in
her mouth
and saw that
her gum was
completely
normal! No
infection,
no lump,
praise the
Lord! Then
I looked at
her tooth
and saw a
perfect
looking
silver
filling in
the hole of
her tooth!
It looks
almost like
a mini
cupcake tin
before you
bake
cupcakes.
It is
silver, and
it
completely
is blocking
the hole in
her mouth as
if
protecting
her from
infection.
It is shiny,
like brand
new metal.
I tried to
take a
picture, but
it isn’t
coming out,
so I will
have to show
you at
church. Her
other three
teeth do not
have this
metal, but
they are not
infected.
The Lord
answered my
specific
prayer, and
I am still
in shock.
All I could
say to Julia
was, “Julia,
your Daddy
God loves
you so much
that He took
your pain
away and He
put a
“diamond”
(as she
calls it) in
your
mouth.”
After I said
that, Julia
said she had
a dream last
night that
God came to
her and put
something in
her tooth
and it
didn’t hurt
anymore.
Our whole
family is
completely
amazed! We
also had
guests over
on Sunday
and Julia
had been
showing
everyone her
‘boo-boo’,
so I called
them and
they are
just
completely
shocked!
Three of
them don’t
know the
Lord, so
this is a
huge thing
for them,
because they
saw it with
their own
eyes! All I
have to say
is, THANK
YOU, LORD,
FOR THIS
“STRANGE”
MIRACLE!

Here
is my
testimony
concerning
my son. At 7
weeks into
my
pregnancy,
the doctors
realized
that there
might be a
problem with
my carrying
the baby to
term. So
beginning at
about 11
weeks I
started
being seen
by Maternal
Fetal
Medicine
physician. At
14 weeks, I
was placed
on bed rest.
At 17 weeks
I went into
actual
labor, and
although the
doctor's
intervened,
they sent me
home after
24 hours of
observation
to let
"nature take
it's
course". I
remember
being in the
hospital
room and
calling the
church and
speaking
with
Danielle as
she prayed
not only
that God
would
perform a
miracle and
allow my son
to stay
inside a
while
longer, but
that God
would grant
me peace no
matter what
the outcome.
And not an
hour later
as I was
discharged I
felt a calm
I hadn't
experienced
the entire
pregnancy.
Things then
calmed down
although I
was on very
strict bed
rest. Then
at 26 weeks
exactly, my
water broke,
and a day
later my son
was born via
emergency
C-Section.
Then began
the NICU
rollercoaster.
He had
breathing
problems,
and at 4
weeks came
down with
NEC a
disease of
the colon.
The
prognosis
wasn't good,
only a 25%
chance of
surviving
surgery. But
God had it
under
control.
Right before
the surgery,
Pastor
Marios came
down to Yale
and prayed
over my tiny
fragile baby
boy. He made
it through
the surgery
and although
the healing
process was
an arduous
one, he came
home 3
months and 3
days after
being born
at 1 lb 14
oz. It has
now been
over a year
since he was
born and at
last visit,
he weighed
16 lb 1 oz,
is 28 inches
long (twice
his birth
length). He
has had only
2 colds and
a slight
bout of RSV,
no ear
infections.
As of now
there have
been no
effects of
his
prematurity
other than
being
slightly
smaller than
other babies
his age. He
crawls,
walks with
assistance,
pulls
himself up.
He is a
happy
determined
and feisty
baby, and
every day
with him has
been a
blessing
beyond my
wildest
imagination.
I realize
that his
name which
means, "God
has heard"
is truly
appropriate.
I called to
the Lord for
the life of
my child,
and he has
blessed him
and kept him
safe. And I
thank God,
Pastor
Marios, and
all the
people who
prayed for
him to make
it through.

On Sunday,
God put on
my heart to
give 20
bucks. So I
asked my mom
if I could
have some
money and I
could pay
her back.
She said
yes, but the
money was
from my
MP3 player
money that I
have been
saving
because I
really want
an
MP3 player.
So I was
nervous
about giving
that much.
But later,
me and my
family went
out to eat
after church
and I asked
my mom when
I could get
an
MP3 player.
At that
moment, my
sister
pulled out
an
MP3 player
that a
friend had
given to her
and she gave
it to me. I
was very
happy.
My sister
had no idea
that I had
given any
money in the
offering.
She just
felt like
she should
give me the
MP3 player,
so she did.
YAY God!

In April of
2007, I was told
by my doctor
that I had
cancer in my
esophagus. It
could not be
operated on
because it was
wrapped around
my aorta
artery. I
received much
prayer from all
over the world.
I then went
through six
weeks of
radiation and
chemotherapy. I
found the cure
to be worse than
the illness!
After a month of
recovery, I went
for a PET
scan (Positron
Emission
Tomography.) The
scan showed the
cancer was gone,
it could not be
found! This news
increased my
faith in our
Lord and in my
salvation. Although
I now have some
new problems to
face, I have
asked God to
move my mountain
and cast it into
the sea.
I will not doubt
what the Lord
has done for me
nor anything in
my future!

I was really sick
over the weekend,
and everything was
wrong. I had a
severe sinus
infection, a bloody
nose, no sleep, and
the basic pregnancy
problems. I was
miserable. But the
Lord told me to look
at the time and it
was around the time
of church service.
I knew I was being
prayed for and I
experienced an
instant
improvement. My
breathing got
better, and my eyes
cleared up. My
voice started
coming back and I
felt the joy and
peace of the Lord
settle over me. I
felt a difference on
Sunday, like
something just
broke... Mariann
confirmed that the
church had been
praying for me at
the time I was
beginning to feel
better. Praise God!

During the Friday Night
Revival, lots of good stuff
was going on, people were
getting healed of various
things. There was most
definitely the Spirit of
faith, healing, and
expectation throughout the
church.
Jason (Westerfield) asked
those of us with cell phones
to call someone who needed a
touch of God, a healing. I
immediately thought of my
dad (86 years), who suffers
from gout. My mom had told
me that recently my dad's
leg -- from the knee down,
his ankle and foot--had
swollen to about three times
(or more) the normal size
and that it
was very painful and my dad
could hardly walk. They are
both born-again believers
and live in the Seattle/Pugeot
Sound Area in Washington
State. It was around 10pm
Eastern time (7pm Pacific),
when I called my dad. He was
in his bed, leg elevated,
watching TV. My mom gave him
the phone. I told him I was
at a prayer meeting and
that we were going to pray
for his leg and to just get
in an
attitude to receive. He
said, "OK, honey", turned
off the TV and waited on the
phone, while In Connecticut,
those of us with cell
phones, gathered around
Jason. Jason prayed, the
band played, and healing
went out through our cell
phones. After around 20 or
30 minutes, I talked to my
dad and asked him if he felt
anything. He said "not
really" but that he felt
very peaceful. I told him
I'd
call him the next day and we
hung up. I did call the next
day to find out how he was
doing and my mom said his
leg had totally "deflated"
overnight! His leg, ankle,
and foot are back to normal
size, no pain, and he's
walking around comfortably
again. Praise God! God
never runs out of ways to
amaze me!!

What an awesome move of the
Holy Spirit we had last
Friday night. I came early
expecting to receive and I
sure did receive, as many
other did also. For the last
year or so, I have had poor
hearing from my left ear and
have been putting off a
doctor’s visit. At the
prayer meeting last Friday
night, an alter call was
made for all those who had
problem hearing. I stood up
and was prayed over, and as
this was happening, I felt a
strong rush of wind all over
me. Then I felt a strong
pressure in my left ear and
then it "popped", leaving me
with clear hearing. I praise
God for this healing and
give Him all the glory and
honor. Amen!
T.S.
“I feel that God touched me at the end of the service
when we were asking for favor with Him. I had been
praying about "things", one of which was help with the
weight loss program I have joined; because I was
concerned about the possibility of having a heart
attack. I felt like a finger pressed into the side of my
left chest and then a warmth spread through my heart
area. It happened three times as I sat there and prayed.
I feel like it was a healing of some sort, although I am
not aware of any problems.”
